Article 1: Le Centre privé de Formation Professionnelle si-après désigné est, à compter de la date de signature du présent arrêté , agréé aux activités de formation professionnelle pour une période de deux (02) ans renouvelableArticle 1: The private Vocational Training Centre mentioned thereafter is , with effect from the date of signature of this order , authorized to carry out vocational training activities for two (2) years renovable period.
Article 2 : La durée de chaque cycle de formation, de perfectionnement ou de recyclage ne peut excéder 12 mois. La formation est obligatoire.
Article 2 : The duration of each training, upgrading or retraining cycle may not exceed 12 months. The work-study program shall be compulsory
Article 3 : La responsable de la structure de formation est tenu de développer au sein de sa structure ou en s'appuyant sur des conventions de partenariat avec des prestataires agréés, des services de conseil, d'orientation , d'insertion et de suivi professionnels , pré et post formation de leurs apprenants. Il doit également mettre à jour les information et les statistiques y afférentes
Articles 3 : The head of the training structure shall be required to develop with in his structure pre and training counseling , integration guidance and professional monitoring services for their trainees or rely on partnership agreements with authorized service providers for such services. It must also update information and relatedstatics.
Article 4 : La structure privée de Formation Professionnelle Rapide ainsi agréé est tenu de :- Déposer un bilan pédagogique et financier annuel de ses activités au Ministère de l'Emploi et de la Formation Professionnelle,
- Évaluer sous le contrôle et la supervision des services compétents du Ministère de l'Emploi et de la Formation Professionnelles, les actions ante et post formation de perfectionnement ou de recyclage autorisées par le présent agrément,
- Participer aux examens nationaux pour les spécialités dont les référentiels sont homologués.
Article 4 : The private intensive vocational Training Structure thus authorized shall be required to :
- Submit an annual financial and pedagogic report of it's activities to the ministry of Employment and vocational training
- Evaluate under the control and supervision of the relevant services of the Ministry of Employment and vocational Training , pre and post training, up grading or retraining activities allowed by this authorization,
- Participer aux examens national examinations on specialities whose course programs have been approved
Article 5 : les Ministère de l'Emploi et de la Formation professionnelle se réserve le droit d'initier à tout moment un contrôle dans ladite structure de Formation professionnelleArticle 5 : The Ministry of Employment and Vocational training shall reserve the right to carry out inspection at any time in the said vocational training structure
Article 6 : Toutes infractions constatées par les services techniques du Ministère de l'emploi et de la Formation professionnelle aux dispositions du présent arrêté d'une part , e à celles de la légalisation et et de la réglementation en vigueur d'autre part peuvent sous réserve des sanctions pénale entraîner la suspension provisoire du présent agrément puis son retrait par arrêté du Ministre de l"Emploi et de la Formation Professionnelle et conséquemment la fermeture de la structure
article 6 : Any violations of the provisions of this order on the one hand , and those of the laws and regulations in force on the other hand reported by the technical services of the ministry of Employment and vocational Training May subject to penalties result in the temporary suspension of this authorization then its with draw by order of the minister of Employment and Vocational training and consequently , the closing down of the structure
Article 7 : le present arrete permet la mise en oeuvres des formations dans une et une seul structure de formation
Article 7 : This issue shall be issued to the implementation of training in a single training structure
Article 8 : le présent arrêté sera enregistré et publié au journal officiel en Francais en en Anglais
